These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rock n’ Reef website and the booking of accommodations and services provided by Rock n’ Reef. By making a booking through our website, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Rock n’ Reef.
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is successfully processed.
2. Payment:
Payments are required to be settled in full 60 days prior to arrival.
You have 2 options to settle your payment:
– By Credit card, be VISA card or MASTERCARD only, but no Debit cards. Card fees of +3% will apply.
– By bank transfer or electronic funds transfers (please contact us to request our bank details).
All our prices listed on our website are net, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and includes local government taxes.
3. Cancellation Policy:
As soon as you will complete your reservation, the chosen bungalow will be blocked at your name in a “pre-booking” status.
Until the full payment will be required 60 days before arrival, for your booking to be “confirmed”.
At this point your payment will not be refundable.
In the unfortunate event something would happens preventing you from joining us; and if we are warned at least 8 days before check-in date, a voucher would be issued to relocate your booking to more convenient date for you, within a certain time frame.
No shows or late warnings will be charged the full amount.
4. Amendments:
Changes to your booking, such as dates or accommodations, may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Requests for amendments should be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
5. Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 1pm to 7pm, and check-out time is at 11am.
Early check-in and late check-out are not possible at this property, but you are welcome to stay in the premises of the property even if you have to free the rooms.

6. Guest Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
Guests must adhere to all property rules and regulations.
Any damage to property or violation of rules may result in additional charges.
All our accommodations have a maximum occupancy policy of 2 adults per room.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Force Majeure:
Rock n’ Reef is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
9. Liability:
Rock n’ Reef is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and travel insurance.
